I will help you increase your comfort in life at regular yoga classes, meditation and other anti-stress techniques. A regular practice will allow you to take care of yourself holistically – releasing excess tension, will make you feel better and thrive on many levels.

Yoga gives one peace of mind, helps letting go of pain (such as back pain), builds strength and increases flexibility. It proves to be a tremendous support during difficult periods in life and increases feelings of happiness (after yoga classes, endorphins are secreted, stress hormones decrease).

Apart from creating a much profound bond with oneself, yoga miraculously encourages equanimous relationships with others.

Yoga can also be complementary to sports training.

I have many years of experience working with people of all ages and needs, including professional athletes. I speak English fluently.
