My name is
Ania Nutan Chomczyk

I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for about 12. My personal practice is ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I have made several trips to India, where I continue to pursue my yogic studies under the guidance of Sharath Jois and some of the best yoga teachers in the world, such as Ty Landrum, and Sharmila Desai.

I am also a certified pelvic floor therapist according to the Swiss BeBo method.

In my classes I like to inspire others through yoga stories and mantras. I take Karnataka classical chanting and Indian harmonium lessons from Ranjini Koushik.

I graduated from American Studies from Warsaw University and received my PhD in Yoga from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities (2016).

For the past two years, together with DJ Hubert Marcinkiewicz, I have been co-creating the "Yoga and Ambient" project. I love the Himalayas and long-distance travel.

I am happy to write - over the years my texts have appeared in the magazines "Yoga&Ayurveda" Joga Magazine, or a popular yoga portal Bosonamacie.pl, where I run my blog Joginka w podróży (in Polish).

I am also involved in the popularization of yoga in Poland - with the Association of Yoga Schools each year I organize the World Yoga Day event both in Bialystok and Warsaw.

I’m based in Białystok.
